What was done

Since 2013, NOYTECH has been successfully partnering with Russia’s leading fashion retailer, providing end-to-end logistics solutions for both international and domestic shipments. Our cooperation includes road freight from China, air freight from Bangladesh, India, and China, as well as distribution of goods across Russia.

In 2022 one of the major challenges was the increasing volume of the client’s road shipments from China. We started with one truck per week and gradually scaled up to five trucks during peak seasons. Notably, during the global logistics collapse in China in the summer of 2024, transit times rose from 20–25 days to 30–35 days. Despite this, we swiftly adapted to the changing infrastructure and restored the transit times to normal, maintaining a high level of client satisfaction.

We also provide distribution services across Russia, delivering goods to over 25 cities, including major regional hubs and remote locations. The distribution is tailored to meet the client’s specific requirements, such as deliveries to shopping malls within strictly defined time windows — either in the morning or evening — which demands precise coordination and accuracy.

Every shipment is accompanied by careful planning of loading and unloading operations, which helps minimize delays and allows us to respond quickly to any schedule changes. It's important to note that in organizing distribution, we take into account all the nuances of working with large retailers, including strict requirements for quality and transportation safety, which helps us maintain long-term and stable partnerships.

Our experience in air freight is also worth highlighting. Despite challenges in securing sufficient cargo space in the market, we manage air deliveries from Bangladesh and India, maintaining a balance between cost and delivery time.

• Increased volume of road shipments from China from 1 to 5 trucks per week during peak seasons
