LIST OF GOODS PROHIBITED FOR CARRIAGE BY ROAD TRANSPORT AS PART OF A CONSOLIDATED CARGO

• Cargoes with hazard class 1-9 of any type;
• Perishable foodstuffs;
• Firearms, gas, pneumatic, cold mechanical weapons of all types;
• Explosives, means of explosion and objects stuffed with them;
• Poisonous and poisonous substances;
• Corrosive and corrosive substances;
• Precious and rare earth metals and articles made thereof;
• Precious stones and articles made of them;
• Currency and Currency Equivalents;
• Rocket and space complexes, military communication and control systems and normative and technical documentation for their production and operation;
• Uranium, other fissile metals and products thereof;
• X-ray equipment, devices and equipment using radioactive substances and isotopes;
• Results of research and design works, as well as fundamental prospecting studies on creation of armaments and military equipment;
• Encryption equipment and normative and technical documentation for its production and use;
• Narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances;
• Ethyl alcohol;
• Waste radioactive materials, explosives containing precious and rare-earth metals and precious stones;
• Special and other technical means designed (developed, adapted, programmed) for covert acquisition of information, regulatory and technical documentation for their production and use;
• Live animals;
• Human organs.

In order to prevent the carriage of cargoes specified in the list when accepting the cargo for carriage will be checked in accordance with the Federal Law of 30.06.2003 N 87-FZ (ed. of 18.03.2020) ‘On transport forwarding activity’, Article 4 ‘Obligations of the freight forwarding activity’. Article 4 ‘Duties of the freight forwarder’.

Inspection of the cargo is carried out in the presence of the sender. The freight forwarder shall not accept for carriage any goods which the consignor refuses to present for inspection.
