What was done

Since 2020, NOYTECH has successfully supported one of Russia's leading premium clothing and home goods brands by providing comprehensive logistics services, including product distribution across Russia and managing reverse logistics. The main task of the collaboration was to ensure fast and reliable delivery of products to the brand's stores located in key cities of Russia, such as Moscow, St. Petersburg, Sochi, Krasnodar, Rostov-on-Don, and Kazan.

In addition to distribution, NOYTECH specialists offered returns logistics services for cities where fast product return transportation was not required. This approach significantly reduced logistics costs by using road transport instead of expensive air freight. This required NOYTECH not only to plan effectively but also to respond quickly to rare but urgent requests for internal transportation of goods within Kazakhstan and from Kazakhstan to Russia.

Thus, during the collaboration, NOYTECH managed to offer solutions that not only met the high standards of speed and reliability but also ensured economic efficiency for the client, which became an important aspect of their long-term partnership.

Result

• Ensured timely delivery of goods to key regions of Russia with minimal transit time, including air freight to the Ural region and Vladivostok.
• Implemented efficient reverse logistics, reducing transportation costs from remote regions by using road transport instead of air freight.

• Transported around 16,000 units of goods, achieving a high KPI level of 94%.
