As Furla began actively expanding in the Russian market, it needed a reliable logistics partner capable of ensuring seamless deliveries from Italy and efficient distribution throughout Russia. The primary goal was to establish an integrated logistics system covering international transportation, customs clearance, warehouse processing, and distribution to retail stores and marketplaces.

What was done

NOYTECH has been successfully partnering with the Italian brand Furla since 2012, providing a full range of logistics services — from international transportation and customs clearance to warehouse logistics and regional distribution across Russia. Organizing logistics for Furla required NOYTECH to adopt an innovative approach with a high degree of flexibility.

First, it was essential to ensure uninterrupted shipments from Italy while accounting for seasonal fluctuations in cargo volume. Depending on the season, NOYTECH specialists organized transportation from multiple warehouses in Italy on a weekly or bi-weekly basis, requiring precise coordination and flexibility in managing the supply chain.

Second, a major challenge was integrating Furla’s warehouse system with NOYTECH’s logistics platform. This required the development and implementation of an efficient solution for real-time data exchange related to goods reception, assembly, and shipment. The integration automated many processes, reducing errors and significantly improving order accuracy and fulfillment speed.

Additionally, delivering products to various regions of Russia, including remote cities like Yekaterinburg and Krasnodar, posed another challenge. Careful planning and the use of consolidated shipments helped optimize transportation costs and reduce delivery times. The smooth operation of every link in the logistics chain was a key factor in Furla’s successful expansion in Russia. 

Result

• Regular international shipments from Italy to Moscow, with one truck per week or every two weeks, depending on seasonal demand.
• On-time deliveries to stores and marketplaces in Moscow and key Russian regions, including St. Petersburg, Sochi, Kazan, Rostov-on-Don, Yekaterinburg, and Krasnodar.
• Full integration of NOYTECH’s warehouse system with Furla’s logistics infrastructure, enabling automated order processing, error minimization, and improved transparency across all processes.
• As Furla’s business grew, NOYTECH adapted its services to accommodate increased shipment volumes and evolving client requirements, ensuring scalability and improved efficiency.
• Reliable logistics support that enabled Furla to successfully expand its presence in the Russian market, opening new retail locations and expanding wholesale channels.
