On February 25, 2026, the Engels Electric Tools LLC plant became part of the E1 Group holding company. E1 Group aims to expand the production of professional power tools at its Engels plant and develop the plant's production and technical platform with the support of its partners.
The project is being implemented with the support of key industry partners: Softline is responsible for IT infrastructure and digital solutions, Distribution for Construction (D4C) manages distribution, while NOYTECH Supply Chain Solutions provides end-to-end logistics infrastructure and supply chain management.
NOYTECH supports the project at every stage, from organizing international shipments and handling import procedures to distributing products across Russia ensuring supply chain stability and reduced delivery times. The Engels production site has retained its core competencies and team, previously part of Bosch, and is already manufacturing professional power tools under the ENGELS brand, now available in both retail and online channels.
Localization of production helps reduce logistics costs and improve product availability on the market. Further development plans include expanding the product range, launching new tool categories, and strengthening the plant’s technological capabilities.
