Moscow, Russia, 2025 – NOYTECH Supply Chain Solutions has secured a high position in Forbes’ ranking of the 205 Best Employers in Russia for the fourth consecutive year. This achievement highlights the company’s steady growth and its commitment to developing a strong corporate culture, social responsibility, and principles of sustainable governance.

The ranking methodology was developed by Forbes in collaboration with KPMG in 2021. Participating companies undergo a multi-stage selection process, including completing a detailed questionnaire and providing concrete examples to confirm implemented initiatives. Evaluation is based on ESG metrics divided into three categories: S – Employees and Society; E – Environment; G – Corporate Governance.

In 2025, the ranking included 205 major companies from various industries, with only 10 representatives from the “Transport and Logistics” segment. NOYTECH Supply Chain Solutions achieved the following ESG results:
