Four years ago, Perry Neumann joined the German-Russian Chamber of Commerce Board (formerly AHK, currently named Kammer Russland). Since then, the world has undergone significant changes, reshaping industries, economies, and ways of doing business. In his keynote at the General Assembly of Kammer members, he shared his transition from corporate top executive to entrepreneur.


In 2022, amidst global geopolitical shifts, Perry Neumann embraced a whole new chapter - leading 1,000 employees through change and founding NOYTECH. Built on innovation, agility, and leadership, the company rapidly evolved, expanding its operational network and strengthening its market position.


Since then, NOYTECH has established an IT landscape from zero, built a global partner network, founded 8 new legal entities, expanded into UAE, China, Uzbekistan, and Saudi Arabia, created 500+ new jobs and ranked 3 years in a row as a Forbes Top Employer.
