CONSENT TO THE PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA

I hereby grant my consent (hereinafter referred to as the Consent) to NOYTECH LOGISTICS RUS LLC (OGRN (Primary State Registration Number): 1027739488556, INN (Taxpayer's Individual Number), address: 4, 4th Lesnoy Lane, intracity territory, Tverskoy Municipal District, 125047 Moscow) (hereinafter referred to as the Operator) under the following terms and conditions:
1. Processing shall be carried out for the purpose of rendering freight forwarding services, conducting other transportation support activities, namely, processing user requests for the services of the Operator and providing information on user requests to be sent to the Operator by filling out applications on the website https://noytech.com.
2. The Operator has the right to collect, record, systematize, accumulate, store, refine (update, modify), extract, receive, compare, pool (aggregate), use, transfer (grant, access), including blocking, deletion, destruction using/not using automation tools, my personal data (hereinafter referred to as PD) listed below:
2.1. name;
2.2. contact (communication) details¹;
2.3. details of the company being represented;
2.4. interaction metrics with product descriptions and/or information content (when metrics for the services rendered are provided through their collection via https://noytech.com);
2.5. details of information (communication) interaction;
3. Below are the sources of the PD required to achieve the objective:
3.1. information provided by me;
3.2. the outcome of interaction between me and the Operator (through official correspondence and phone calls based on the request submitted via https://noytech.com);
3.3. the results of cross-comparing and pooling (aggregating), e.g. with cookies.
4. In order to achieve the objective, the Operator has the right to engage third parties, including, but not limited to²:
• NOYTECH IT SOLUTIONS LLC (OGRN: 1227700745029, INN: 9702049028, legal address: 6a bldg. 1, 22 km Kievskoye Highway, intracity territory, Solntsevo Municipal District, 108811 Moscow) – providing operational support for the website https://noytech.com.
5. The Consent shall be valid from the date of its granting until the termination of interaction within the framework of pre-contractual relations or until the withdrawal of the Consent, unless the intended objective is achieved earlier or the need to achieve the objective ceases to exist.
6. By submitting a request to the Operator at any time, I shall have the right to:
6.1. receive detailed information regarding the processing of the PD;
6.2. access the PD, request its clarification, blocking or destruction in the procedure provided for in article 14 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”;
6.3. revoke the Consent in whole or in any part and/or require termination of the processing of the PD.
7. A request to the Operator may be sent by any of the following methods:
7.1. submitting a personal written request to the Operator's address specified herein;
7.2. submitting a request to the email address info@noytech.com.
8. In the event of termination of the Consent, the Operator shall have the right to continue the processing of the PD if there are grounds specified in paragraphs 2-11 of part 1 of part 6 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.
9. It is clear to me that additional information about the processing of PD by NOYTECH LOGISTICS RUS LLC is contained in the Personal Data Protection and Processing Policy posted at https://noytech.com/policy/.

² Third parties shall only be engaged upon compliance with the confidentiality and legal requirements. If a third party fails to comply with these terms and conditions, it shall be liable under its contractual obligations to the Operator and/or in accordance with the applicable legal provisions. The third parties are listed pursuant to the provisions of paragraph 6, part 4, article 9, paragraph 4, article 18 of the Federal Law of the Russian Federation No. 152-FZ dated July 27, 2006 “On Personal Data”.
